Dan from Intelluxe, part of Intelligent Controls, approached us to discuss creating a new international brand based in Dubai. It was a project our web designer was eager to start! Initially, we consulted our UX manager, who drafted a detailed site map and developed a user-friendly design for the end user.
Working closely with Dan, we captured everything needed to create an online brand for a business website based in Dubai. We held meetings with our developers and UX manager to fully understand the scope of the project. Our initial design featured a modern, fresh approach with a Dubai twist. Our main focus during the design process was to ensure the aesthetics were perfect. We used Adobe XD and provided this service free of charge.
As we developed the website, we provided login credentials to our development site so Dan could interact with the website and provide feedback. During this process, our main focus was on client feedback. We provided weekly updates on progress and requested feedback, understanding that such investments must be perfect.
An important step in developing a site is providing training for the end user, and this is something we offer. We scheduled a one-to-one session with our developer so Dan could see how the ‘behind the scenes’ work is done.
Before deployment, we conducted a full test of the site, ensuring that the developer, client, and project manager agreed it met the criteria for launch.
